Welcome! I'm glad you're here. My journey into psychology has been, over the years, a process of continuous learning, a constant quest to better understand human nature. I have had the opportunity to work in various roles with people from many corners of the world, and each experience has taught me to see human diversity as a source of personal wisdom.
My approach is rooted in one simple philosophy: I strive to create a safe, inclusive space where you can explore all aspects of yourself with empathy and care. I honour the unique experiences and values that shape your perspective.
